1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "au77" refers to the au77 platform, its operators, owners, employees, agents, and affiliated entities collectively.
• "Platform" means the au77 website accessible at au77.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and betting markets available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or cashback amount granted to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by au77 before processing withdrawals or investigating account security matters.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and au77. By completing the registration process and creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them, together with au77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

au77 reserves the right to require players to re-confirm acceptance of these Terms following any material amendment. Continued use of the Platform after such a request constitutes acceptance.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an Account on au77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. au77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
• You are acting as a private individual and not in any professional or commercial capacity on behalf of a third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where such prohibition is directed at the consumer (the player), making your participation unlawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of au77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not have an existing au77 Account that has been suspended, restricted, or closed for any breach of these Terms.

au77 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If a Player is unable to satisfactorily verify their age, au77 will suspend the Account and withhold all balances pending verification. Any funds wagered by a Player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 21 will be forfeited.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may register only one Account on au77. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. au77 will rely on the information you provide and accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated registration data.

au77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Upon successful registration, au77 will send a confirmation to the contact details provided. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that contact details remain accurate and that au77 communications are not blocked by spam filters or mobile network restrictions.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify au77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. au77 will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend an Account during such investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.

au77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from au77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

au77 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs before you notify au77 of a security incident.

6 Deposits & Payments

au77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. au77 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified third-party sources and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

au77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply transaction fees at their discretion. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges.

au77 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Players at any time via the Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket is 1 to 4 hours for Accounts that have completed KYC verification.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, au77 requires Players to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of ownership of the mobile wallet or bank account to which the withdrawal is to be processed.
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the au77 compliance team.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. au77 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts at its discretion.

Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 8 and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

au77 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all au77 promotions unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria for the relevant promotion.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any one time, unless the promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted bonus balances will expire at the end of the validity period.
• au77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it suspects a Player has registered multiple accounts to exploit a promotion, used a bonus in a manner inconsistent with the promotion terms, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on au77 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, competition, and market type as published in the au77 sportsbook help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any bet.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets on au77:

• A bet is not valid until confirmed by the au77 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on au77.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at au77's discretion. au77 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are indicative. If a bet is placed during a period of rapidly changing odds, the bet may be accepted at a different price than that displayed. au77 will notify the Player of any significant price change before the bet is confirmed.
• au77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an error in odds (palpable error) or that was made possible by a technical fault. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Maximum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are published in the relevant market rules and may be amended at any time.

10 Casino Games

All casino games available on au77 — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by human dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of au77 and in accordance with the rules and return-to-player (RTP) specifications published by the respective game providers.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the au77 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities, or use automated tools (bots, scripts, software) to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage with games or sports markets in good faith.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited and where such prohibition is directed at the consumer.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing au77 support staff or other players.

12 Responsible Gaming

au77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every registered Account, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. 13 Account Suspension & Closure

au77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Reasonable suspicion that a Player is under the minimum age of 21.
• Receipt of a complaint or legal demand from a relevant authority.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, au77 will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 days. If the investigation concludes with no evidence of wrongdoing, the Account will be reinstated and the balance returned. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting au77 support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after all applicable checks have been completed.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, au77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any reliance by a Player on information published on the Platform regarding odds, statistics, or game rules that is subsequently found to contain an error.

au77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits au77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

15 Intellectual Property

All content on the au77 Platform — including but not limited to the au77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of au77 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any au77 intellectual property.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by au77 under licence. Players may not copy, screen-record for commercial purposes, or redistribute any game content without express written permission from the relevant rights holder.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which au77 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through au77's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, escalation procedures will be communicated to the Player at that stage.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

17 Amendments to These Terms

au77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect Player rights or obligations — au77 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the Player's Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, or both.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice and will take effect from the date the updated Terms are published on the Platform.
